Thank you Job Description: Senior-level Remedy Approved Consultant (RAC) with requirements, analysis & design expertise or senior Remedy business analyst/developer with prior Remedy implementation experience. Will be part of a Remedy project team implementing ARS 6.3, Asset management 6.0, CMDB 1.1, Link for SMS 5.6, Enterprise Integration Engine 5.6, and Approval Server 6.3. Will develop, implement, administer & maintain Remedy applications in a fast-paced environment. Be actively involved in the full software development cycle. Research & formally document user requirements, outline design, develop program specifications, code, perform unit testing, prepare system documentation, & implement new or revised applications. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrate capability to self-direct and self-motivate & at the same time take direction on a technical project given time, scope, & resource constraints. Support business needs by troubleshooting problems & resolving them in a timely manner. REQUIRED Job Requirements: EDUCATION/SKILLS: 5+ years as a programmer/analyst with programming experience working with ARS & ARS related applications. Must be savvy in web applications development. Demonstrated proficiency with implementation of the Remedy suite of products including ITSP 4.0, Help Desk, Asset Management, DSO, Flashboards, SLA, ITSM 6, AR System 6.3 and MidTier.
