Search in the BMC Remedy Knowledge base on 000000024200. This entry has a webex recording and a word doc with screenshots of a non-root installation on Solaris with Oracle. It is an installation for version 6.3 but the process should be mainly the same. Also, of course please check the "AR System 7.0 Installing" guide.
