I have seen this with my Midtier 6.3 p18. I found that if the person had a pop-up blocker turned on (like Google or Yahoo! search bar). Get them to disable or allow your server that should stop the "Caught Exception" error message.

One message says "Caught Exception :Syntax Error" and somehow this crashed my TomCat services. All my users then got a server error (Internal Error page). The other pop-up is: "Caught Exception :'LoadResultsList' is null or not an object". I've been suspecting it may have something to do with installing then removing IE7 although I cannot confirm this on all machines. Has anyone been seeing the same thing or similar?
