You must localize the server in order to customize the error messages -
our information security folks REQUIRED us to edit the one that you are
talking about so that it did not confirm the existence of the failed
user login. This will have the undesirable effect of hiding all of the
canned Crystal Reports where locale does not match your server until you
manually update every report record (typically to en_US). This side
effect of localization on the packaged application was encountered in
both ITSM 5.5 and 7.0.

I am using MidTier almost exclusively and I would like to add some

ARERR [9382] 
Invalid password or authentication string for an existing user
 
Any ideas?
