Depends on your AD installation / configuration. For the "exchange fields" you are referring to, are not in User but in a different object-class... here we use:
ldap://<ServerName>/DC=na,DC=infineon,DC=com??sub?(objectclass=organizationalPerson) Also ensure that the "LDAP login" used has at least read permissions to the field(s) needed.
