ARS 6.3 HD 6, Midtier 7 patch 2, Windows 2003 IE Version 6 Oracle 10g

We have an .arr report for solutions that our requesters can use to print
solutions from the web. When they press the Print button on the solution
form from the web, the arr report is displayed in IE. The report shows
the solution number, the summary and the details of the solution. You can
scroll to the right to see the entire summary and description if they are
lengthy and have no carriage return. The problem is column width when
printing. When they choose File>>Print in IE, if the solution summary
and/or description fields don't have a carriage return, the solution
truncates when printing. People on the client use the same solutions. If
the solution summary and/or desciption fields are short enough it is not a
problem, but most have more than 30 characters. I've tried changing the
report from portrait to landscape and more is captured, but the
description field is still truncated. We don't want to have to add
carriage returns to all the solutions and somehow make sure people add
carriage returns.

I logged into the config manager for the web and looked at Report
Settings. There weren't any setting to check.

Changed AR User Preference form entry for my userid. At the Report tab,
changed width for reports. It did not make a difference.

How can I get the solution arr report on the web to use the report column
widths or at least fit on the page when printing? Is there an IE setting
I need to change?
