It lists the "Operational Impact if not Fixed" for ARS 6.0.01 as: "Web Services and Import/Export time calculations will be off by 1 hour." 1. Does that mean those are the only 3 DST issues in not upgrading ARS 6.01? We are running mixed versions of ITSM, and the thought of upgrading to 6.3 isn't sounding too good to me right now. We plan on upgrading to 7.0 sometime in a few months, anyway. 2. We use Crystal Reports in Remedy. I don't know that much about how that works. Does Crystal "export" Remedy records when it runs?
