Hello, I'm on the following: Windows 2003 Oracle DB v10.2.0.1.0 ARS 7 with ITSM7 and EIE 7 Remedy Link for SQL Server 7 Remedy Link for Orace 7 Oracle Client 9 pointing to a 9 database
I have RL for Oracle installed and EIE is working with RL for SQL Server. I am able to see tables and the menus in EIE for data mapping are all fine with SQL Server. But for some reason none of the menus are filling in for the Oracle side. I am using the same credentials for the RuleHelper form. the RuleHelper form can see the tables on the external side of Oracle but the button to fill in the menus is greyed out.
