Enable server statistics, which can be configured from your admin tool's server information dialog. You will need to define a collection interval. For the purpose of license information, the cumulative queue will suffice. The name of the form where the information is stored is named "Server Statistics". There are several relavent values you will want to use: floating licenses, fixed licenses, read licenses, total licenses, etc.
