You can use a filter guide to walk a table and compile a list from that table into a single field. You could even do the same to compile your list of changes into a single field.

I'm using an escalation to write info for each change to a single record; on modify I have a filter that fires to manipulate the data in a character field so that it will append info from the previous change, etc (X = X + Y) I've been asked to add the list of people who approved each change to the email. The only way I could think to do this was to create another temp form with a similar escalation to build cumulative list of approvers per change (based on data in the AP:Detail-Signature form), then merge the values on this other form with my original temp form. My question is this…isn't there an easier way? Is it possible to "Loop" a Set Fields action in a filter? Or some other way to PULL multiple records into my form on the fly? Thanks in advance! -Eli __20060125_______________________This posting was submitted with HTML in it___
