HI everyone I have a question.
I have an environment that people run Crystal reports directly against
the Remedy SQL database and when they run one of there reports it's
blocking.
So people are getting the hourglass when they try to make a change to a
ticket in Remedy.

Is there a way to get around this problem?
They run the reports against the views.
AR 6.3
SQL 2000 SP4
