Ramon, It might be of no use to you, but it is relatively easy to create your own API program that creates requests in Remedy using the C or Java api or using ARSPerl. All three have example scripts for that. It helps to be a little bit known with the language. You could run these programs on all AR System supported platforms, so also on Linux.
