Hi Michelle, I do not know in which quarter it will be available. If I get more specific information about a release date, I will certainly let the list know. Note that it would not necessarily be part of the support site. Right now, the developer community can be found off the main BMC site under the "Communities" tab. Thanks, -David J. I'm sure there is now way to pinpoint an exact date. But do you think this will be available 2nd, 3rd or 4th quarter? I do believe that the developer community concept is a great addition to the support site. And unfortunately, it has been neglected for sometime. I'm sure we will look forward to seeing the new changes. However, BMC is combining its development networks together into a new site that should be available later this year to be called the BMC Developers Network (or BMCDN). This combined site will have a section dedicated to at least Remedy products and potentially as granular as a section just for AR System. In other words, while it will be a combined site, you will not have to search through other BMC product areas to find community information relevant only to Remedy. There will be forums (including an E-mail interface to the forums similar to ARSList), download/upload capability, development related bulletins, and other developer information. Basically, it will be everything the current site is and more. Thanks, -David J. It was reported last year (by me at the very least) and I'm sure is on their list of eventual fixes. If you can stay away from the Category menu, it will help to alleviate some of the pain. In this case, to find what you are looking for from the Community Download page: 1. Bypass the initial search screen and click the "Advanced Search" link. 2. Click the "Clear Form" button. (shameful, but yes you have to click that button first) 3. Select "Application" from the Download Type field. 4. Enter "ravel" without the quotes into the 'Download Title' field. 5. Click Search. Just always avoid the Category menu and field as it is BROKEN and always click the Clear Form button before you begin. Support has been made aware of it, and that's about where that stands for now. The ticket number was: ISS03040447, opened on Dec 11, 2006 and for whatever reason it is CLOSED. The last comment from Support stated that "this ticket has not been assigned to anyone - customer has another ticket opened with same engineer - assigning to her to make sure this one does not continue to slip through the cracks" Well, guess what? This bit has at least gone backwards. I have always been able to look at the entries here, but now cannot even retrieve the names in the table. apart fromt that, they have done a great job hiding it, so you have to go to a number of pages and login at least twice to even get on the page, which then does not work!! If anyone has the def file or just the Set Fields action to set the field to ravelling text., and would not mind sending it to me, I would be extremely grateful. thanks Shafqat Shafqat Ayaz "Break the Rules, Forgive Quickly, Kiss Slowly, Love Truly, Laugh Uncontrollably, And Never Regret anything that made you Smile.." ________________________________ We won't tell.
