Now that's interesting, Todd. Same OS, DB, and ARS versions? The server time zone observes DST?
If you view a record with a date-time value that's in what would have been
a change period (say 03/12/06 through 04/02/06 or 10/29/06 through
11/05/06) you see the same value using a MS Windows DST-patched client that
you do when you use a non-DST-patched client? If I understand you
correctly, we have opposite test results. Both clients patched or both
non-patched would see the same results (for us), but the mix is where we
see the issue. We found it in Crystal Reports, and verified in User Tool
(Windows XP)

We specifically tested that and all looked ok. As a matter of fact we
didn't see posted date/time differences on email received requests, mid-
tier requests, requests through OV - nothing. The only issue was the
posted one where the time in the Admin Tool is wrong.
Also of course this hinges on the fact that all client PC are
patched/updated and your network too.
