Hello list, My friend is facing performance issue with mid-tier. He is using Websphere 5.2 on Solaris V240 and database is Oracle 9.1.2. The mid-tier runs on one box, the ARS and the Database run on another box.
After appliying PATCH #19 on mid-tier he is receiving "ARERR 9351 Unable to set up data connection, which is preventing the application from working correctly". Request your help in resolving the problem.
