I have ARSystem 7.0.1, with ITSM 7.02 Patch 3 installed. Our users are getting different results when opening the Overview Console, I get the ARERR [552] Error:ARGetListEntryWithFields - Failure during SQL operation to the database, as soon as the window opens. Other users login and work fine. Has anyone come across this and have a solution. I see nothing in the logs.
