Yes - it is an adaptation of the Hummingbird SearchServer that Remedy
Knowledge Management (KMXperts) uses and runs on the AR Server. I tested
it a bit during the ARS 7 beta, and it worked well to the extent that we
had data in there for it to index. We are not licensed for it, so do not
have it running now, but setting it up and having it index various form
fields was fairly straightforward, as I recall (it's been a while).

Greetings List!!

We've heard through the grapevine that FTS was back in version 7,
however, we haven't been able to ascertain many details on this. Is it
true? Is it worth upgrading from 6.3? If anyone is using this, what
issues, if any, have been encountered?

Our Support is checking into this for us, but we wanted to see what
other Remedy Admins thought as well.

As always, thanks so much for your time!!!
