We are wanting to notify groups or individuals by PHONE instead of email or Notifier when a security ticket has been created. There will be no one in the office if these come in at say 3 AM.. so want to be able to call their personal phone to be able to respond to critical issues more quickly. I'm not aware of Remedy being able to do that with their base product. Has anyone done this? What did you use? Cost? Difficulty? Thanks for the help.
