One of the fixes is to the Email Engine upgrade installer for Solaris/UNIX. The patch 020 version had an error if you tried entering in "outgoing" mail information in that it would get all the way to the end of entering in the various values and then crashing. The obvious workaround was to run the installer without entering any of the optional items like outgoing mailbox and simply edit those values from within the User tool.
