There is a big issue with share and patch 20 for Solaris (oracle backend). It's a remnant of the default password issue if you have changed the system password. You will be prompted for the new password and everything runs ok. When complete the ar.conf file gets rewritten and it includes the default password. The system will not restart until the password is reset at the database level.
