SQL Server 2005: Microsoft SQL Server Management Server is the interface (and the splash screens are real obvious as version 2005), and the SQL Server version is 9.0.2047.00 if you have applied SP1.
SQL Server 2000: SQL Server Enterprise Manager is the interface (less obvious MMC snap-in - looks like any other MMC console), and the SQL Server version is 8.00.2039 for SP4, 8.00.760 for SP3. The version you are reporting appears to be SP3 + 818 hotfix. However, yes, we are running ARS 6.3 Patch 18 with SQL 2005 with the particular ARSystem database(s) running in SQL 2000 compatibility mode. Yes I know you asked about 6.0.1, but 6.3 is "close enough"... Yes I also know that P18 is not DST compliant... Are we having fun yet? Any issues or cautions to watch out for? I know that its not documented on the compatability matrix. I was hoping to get a feel for what has been done by others out there.
