Hi, Server 6.00.01 Patch 1473 We have on this server an escalation which runs twice in a day and we have Max Entries Returned by Getlist = 3000 so the question is does the escalation returns only 3000 rows or will it returns all the rows. When i run the sql of this escalation it must retrieve 20000+ rows. Thanks Syed Abdul Basith
