Time values in Mid-Tier appear off by several hours if we don't define AR System User Preferences/TimeZone. It sounds like we have to choose between having hour calculations off under some very unusual situations, or having Mid-Tier users see the hourly readings off by a few hours.
Or is there some other way of getting Mid-Tier to display hours correctly other than by defining TimeZone for everybody? (We are at Mid-Tier and ARS 6.3, Win 2000 web server, IIS 5.)
