Francisco, With the advent of "Global fields" you should be able to set the value via the "Init-Form" and be able to distinguish between each "login" of the clients. If you then couple that key with a type of "Window Open"/"Window Close" active link then you should be able to identify what your after.
However I would advise that you keep discreet records for each "event" that you are tracking. Then, if needed, come up with a way to role up those individual records into the report your after.
