Hello Listers, We are about to embark on a Data Warehousing mission. We just hired a new employee who specializes in this area of expertise. I am getting asked to give a quick demo/tutorial on Remedy Database Architecture. Other than "select * from arschema", and basic data manipulation, I don't really know how to answer this question. Does anyone know of a tool or a document that would help someone understand how the Remedy database is organized. I searched Support's KB and found nothing. Nothing in the documentation either. Or even better than that... has anyone else successfully deployed a data warehouse solution using Remedy 6.3? Thanks in Advance,
