I asked to have an enhancement request entered where FireFox would be a
supported web browser for the Support web site.  I was told that an
enhancement request for that has previously been entered.

BMC exists because of it's customers; a large portion of it's
customers use FireFox.  FireFox should be supported.  Anything else is
an excuse.  Straight, simple, and to the point
