Hello group,

A scripting process created a number of duplicate cases in our
database. Not a huge number, but it definately skews my numbers. Since
I am trying to keep our data as clean as possible for reporting
purposes, I figure it's a simple fix. Delete the cases. However, maybe
there's some dark rule that says never delete records or a new black
hole will develop in the universe and swallow earth. Is there any
reason why I should not delete duplicate cases? Is there better way to
handle this?

Thanks in advance
