David,
Thanks for the clarification. We will patch the clients eventually,
just not before DST.

Thanks again

Subject: Re: Patch 20 and 21

**
**
These are the defects resolved in Patch 20 specifically (copied from the
UserTool-readme.txt file in Patch 20):

SW00242185 -- No spaces included when setting fields to Assignee Group
112

SW00243020 -- SW00243020: After updating a column of a table field from
drop down source, enum values appear instead of string values

SW00246662 -- When opening the form DSD:Console and selecting field
'View By' value as "My Open Tickets" and again as "Time In Group" , Over
field overlaps with neighboring field.

SW00249178 -- Remedy User loses focus to another application on
WindowsXP when searching logging into the tool.

SW00251512 -- User tool reports from our server have bad text wrap
characters in csv file format. (Reverted the fix for #226412 ("\n"
cannot be recognized with Import Tool) from import tool which caused bad
text wrap characters in csv file format.)

SW00251533 -- ARUSER.COMAppObj.OpenForm() with visible = FALSE doesn't
work if there is a maximized form open in user tool.

SW00252807 -- Date/Time field without expand box is shorter than
expected length in WUT

SW00253699 -- Abnormal Tabbing Behavior in the User Tool - when tabbed
from page holder to a disabled field. This has been fixed.

SW00251565 -- Remedy Alert doesn't start automatically when workstation
is rebooted.

There are no defined changes to the User Tool in Patch 020 that address
the change in DST rules occurring in the US, Canada and other
participating countries in 2007 - as stated in the technical bulletin.
This does not mean that you should not load the patch for other reasons.

David,
Can we get a clear answer to the need for a client update? We do not
use any of the OOTB applications, completely custom built apps. We also
do not use the AR System User Preference form. I need to notify our
Desktop Engineering team on this if I need it.

Thanks
