Could you put a view form on top of the H-Table and then modify the
records for that ticket? I can't remember off the top of my head if you
can modify tickets via a view form. Maybe he would need a vendor form...

It is possible. But it is not trivial.

Two paths that I can think of.

1) Merge the 'Status-History' field with a script created value for
the 'Entry-Id'.

OR

2) Direct to the DB SQL command(s) to clear the data from the matching H
table.

Each path has it's risks/advantages.
