Sandra, Thank you for your help. I'm unable to locate the ITSM 5.5 migration documents you speak of, but I'll keep looking. I really didn't think there were any utilities or other methods beyond export/import to cross between database brands, but just had to ask to make sure that my DBAs were satisfied.
