No, unfortunately you do not. TEST1 and test1 are interpreted as being equivalent from the point of view of whatever procedure is looking for associated preference servers. So if you log in as TEST1 on ServerA, and then test1 (which should default to ServerB) ServerA shows up in the preference server textbox.
