1) and 2) didn't help.
I did a complete backup of the DB and I'll try 3)
Thanks

So that's how Remedy reacts to missing database tables. Not nice. From
this point you have 3 or 4 options, none of them nice.
1) Restore the database to a backup either before you manually deleted the
tables, or before you imported the locked form.
2) Manually recreate the Txxx (and Hxxx if you deleted that too) table in
the database with the same table number and structure. You do not need to
worry about the rebuilding the view.
If you can do either of these, you can then delete the form in the admin
tool.
3) Start deleting records from the Remedy data dictionary tables. You could
really mess up your system if you do this wrong. There will be an entry in
the arschema table for your form which will give the table number. Then
linked to this will be entries in many of the other data dictionary forms
for each field, enum values, binary attachments, etc., all linked to the
arschema record by the schemaId. In theory you could manually delete all
these entries, but I don't recommend it.
If at all possible, use options 1 or 2.

Subject: Re: how to delete an locked form
well the interesting part is that I manually deleted the tables and the
view, but the form still shows up and when I want to delete the form the
ARAdmin tool says:
Message not in catalog -- message number = 2 (ARERR 2).
Failure during SQL operation to the database : <myform> (ARERR 552).
Any other help ?
PS: and only my form has been locked nothing else

Hi Serouche
You should be able to delete the form in the admin tool as for any other
object. However, if the form is part of a set of locked objects, all the
objects in that locked set will be deleted at the same time. If only this
form is locked, then you will not have a problem.
Quite how Remedy will react when it finds that the database tables and
views
have already been deleted directly, I don't know. That might be
'interesting'.

Subject: how to delete an locked form
dear listers,
ARS: 6.00.01
Sybase 12.5.3
I imported into the AR server an locked form.
I knew I could not unlocked it. But I thought I would be able to at
least delete the view and tables from the database.
So what I did. But the form is still shown in the Forms list and I am
not able to import the backup copy of the form I did when it was still
unlocked.
Now my question is: how can I completely get rid of this locked form and
import back my unlocked form ?
Thanks
Serouche
