I have been looking at the logs some.
One thing I did see was I had the ARServer patched and did not see this problem
and then I patched the Mid-tier and then the problem showed up.

A other problem I'm seeing is a floating write license is being taken as soon
as a user logs onto the Mid-tier.

I don't recall this before the patch.
And thanks Michelle(everything helps at this point)
Dan

Hi, Dan:

I don't remember whether or not you mentioned upgrading the ARServer as
well. There may have been forms that were upgraded.

Either way, if you really want to find out, you can set Active Link
Logging=Yes and Global=Yes. You might be able to see what field is
being set.

Hope that helps,
Michelle

Joe I added a Run Process with this line SET-CHANGE-FLAG 0 and that
seems to be working, but I wonder what the problem is.

Dan, Mary,

Have you guys tried using the Run Process action to clear flags before
issuing the logout? It might fix your problem even if it is some kind of
bug that dirties the flag on your new patches...

**

We have the same exact problem - except it started for us with Patch 20
(ARS 6.3 Patch 20, Mid-Tier Patch 20). We didn't have the problem on
Patch 14.
