Well, I was going to suggest the following, but after reviewing what the
error says, I don't think it would help:

Les, try, in IE, going under Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced Tab
and click the 'Restore Defaults' button. This has helped in the past
with me -- somehow something got checked that messed with the mid-tier.

Subject: Mid-Tier issue again

Users are getting the error ARERR 9215 when logging into mid-tier. The
login
screen comes up, they enter their information, hit return, then the
error
pops.

I am getting the error on one of my machines, but not on the other. This
may
indicate an internet explorer issue, but I can't seem to find anything.
There
is no error log being created for mid-tier which also may indicate an
internet
explorer settings issue. however, the error is an ARERR error.

I couldn't find anything in Remedy's KB about this, and the error
messages pdf
lists a number of possible things.

Has anyone encountered this and resolved it?

Thanks

Les Ganton
