I raised the same question with Support a few weeks ago. Here's the
reply:

"The arupora file is a special file for the upgrade of the database and
is not intended to be used from the command line. This was
inadvertently added to the file in the bin directory."

Subject: "arupora" on ARS 6.3 Patch 20

Greetings Everyone,

We are preparing to apply Patch 20 to our ARS 6.3 server on a
HPUX-11 server, Oracle 9.2 db, using the substitution method.

Under "Files patched / UNIX and Linux" it lists "arupora." But
there is no "arupora" on our system.

Where does "arupora" go, and what, if anything, does it replace?
