Its via remedy workflow, had a filter that was sending a mail to a list of recipients, but it was incorrectly formatting the diary field.
Our support company suggested we patch our server (5.1.1, patch 1313), to patch 1484 to resolve the issue, but for the moment, its awkward to get sufficient system downtime due to other server upgrades that are going on. We've found a solution though - instead of mailing to the recipients with their full smtp address as pulled from the person form, we're populating the addresses with their user-id, and it pulls through everything perfectly, my colleague reckons that the process works differently that manner. But its definitely a bug, hopefully fixed in the later releases, but I don't remember anything like that at my prior employers (who were running 5.1.1, unpatched ....). Instead of sensibly listing the diary field entries as they're displayed in the user tool : 06/03/2007 14:58:38 user name text 06/03/2007 15:02:21 user name more text Its displaying the data as such : 1173193118 ------------------------------ user name text ------------------------------ 1173193147 ------------------------------ username more text Which is a tad irritating. Any suggestions? Regards Dave __20060125_______________________This posting was submitted with HTML in it___ __20060125_______________________This posting was submitted with HTML in it___
