This wouldnt work completely...
If you apply no OS patches for DST then you need to then make sure that
when the server attempts to move the clock up an hour at 2AM on 4/1 that
you move it back then an hour.
 
And you also need to move it back an hour manually late october and
forward an hour when the OS tries to adjust for DST in early November.

Here is a question::
You have a server that is ARS 5.12 on a solaris box.
Now we know it is going to be off by 1 hour until the DST Was suppose to
be.. 
ok fine.. 
Why not just change the time on the Server to 1 hour ahead, at 2:am and
disconnected the Network Timer ..
Would this not work ?
