Arun, I'll bet it is your active link that is hiding the Tab 2 on the
Modify window. If you disable it, (I know your tab 2 will still show)
does your focus still jump to tab 1?

Subject: Remedy bug????

I am having problems with re-storing TAB's in modify mode:
pfb ex:FORM with 1 drop down field and 3 Tab's

Form name:Form_Tab_Selection

Field name:Type:[drop down field with attributes values S,T]

Tab names and order:
Tab 1
Tab 2
Tab 3

In the Admin,Under Form->current view->set tab order->order is:
Type
[-]Page Holder
    [-]Tab 1
    [-]Tab 2
    [-]Tab 3

Functionality:
In the modify mode,if the user selects S,then HIDE Tab 1[user can only
see
Tab 2,Tab 3 in modify mode].
In the modify mode,if the user selects T,then HIDE Tab 2[user can only
see
Tab 1,Tab 3 in modify mode].

Query:

1.
USer selects "S" from drop down in search mode and 10 records will be
displayed in modify mode.
In the first record,USER sets the cursor in Tab 3 and move to next
record
In the second record, cursor will be in Tab 3[cursor should be in same
place/TAB:correct]

2.
USer selects "T" from drop down in search mode and 10 records will be
displayed in modify mode.
In the first record,USER sets the cursor in Tab 3 and move to next
record
In the second record, cursor will be automatically set to Tab 1 because
we
have got Tab 1 as first in "set tab order"[WRONG]

I didn't set any set focus to field option on Tab 1, when USER selects
T.

The first tab is visible/Hidden based on certain condition and this
makes
remedy to work differently??
Is this remedy bug???
