employees across Canada, located downtown Toronto, in the financial 
district. 

We currently offer a 1-year contract opportunity for an intermediate Remedy 
platform support specialist/ developer. The successful candidate will be 
primarily responsible for the support and maintenance of the Remedy – 
Action Request System, data structures, and platform development and 
support for custom applications, including code review and code re-write, 
and enhancements. The person in this role will be responsible for issues 
and problem management, and will make recommendations for improvement, 
followed by the implementation of these recommendations once approved. This 
is an intermediate role for a Remedy platform specialist, with previous 
development background. 

Must have:
• A degree/ diploma in Computer Science, Math or Electrical 
Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in an application development 
role
• Minimum 3 years experience working with Remedy administration and 
development tools
• Strong Remedy workflow troubleshooting & performance management 
skills.
• Experience with MS SQL Server/ database design concepts, web 
technologies and IIS Administration.
• Workflow analysis & design.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. 
• Experience with Call Centres service management
• Experience in project planning and coordination. 
• Self-motivated in work and professional development.
• Ability to set priorities, manage time and work with minimal 
supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have:
• Experience with wireless and CTI technologies.
• Experience with .NET, and Javascript
