Has anybody seen issue using Netscape 7.2 against ARS/Midtier 7.0.1 patch 1?
On most PCs, while loading any page (other than login page) the status bar shows a lot of activity and says "done" but the page is completely blank. No matter which form and what kind of URL I try. Works fine with IE 6, Firefox 1.5, 2. On one PC it seems to work fine with Netscape. I can't find any rhyme or reason. Does anybody know what is the JRE requirement on clients? Midtier 7.0.1 p1 requires 1.4.2_06+, which I take to mean the Mid-tier server. What about the clients? The one PC where Netscape seems to work (at least the pages load) has JRE 1.4.1. Another question: is Netscape a supported browser? Compatibility matrix says Mozilla 1.7.3+. I don't know if they mean the Mozilla browser that was killed some time ago and is no longer updated, or they mean Mozilla based broswers...which would make Netscape a supported one.
