The EmailDaemon.properties file in the email install directory is where the
changes need to occurr.  Just grep for your existing server name; those are
the lines you need to add for your extra server.

** Memory will be the biggest constraint.  Depending on how much you have
free, you may want to run a single email daemon for both instances.
