ARS 6.3 Patch 21 Midtier 7.0.1 Oracle 10g ITSM 6.0 One remote user opens up the Requester form, but it is blank. We deleted temporary internet file, cookies, and rebooted the pc. We get no error message, just a blank screen with Done on the left bottom corner of the screen. Coworkers at the remote site are able to open up the Requester and enter tickets.
