Hi Scott

You cannot import a v7 form onto an earlier version of ARS. In version 7
they increased the size of core fields holding login name information, like
Assigned To, Submitter etc. from 30 chars to 255 chars. This prevents them
being imported onto earlier versions.

Subject: Differences in the DEF between 6.3 and 7.01

Has anyone had the opportunity to export a 7.0 form and try and import it
into a 6.3 server?

There is nothing on this form that is 7.0 specific, but it keeps complaining
about "A core definition from the definition file is incorrect: (2) : :
(ARERR 405)"

Thanks,

Scott
