I can login with no problem and get the default home page, it is when I
try to open any of the links on the application menu that I run into
problems. This works with no problems when I launch from the machine
with the Mid-Tier, I only have a problem when launching from a remote
machine and then the logon prompt is to the Mid-Tier, not the
application server. At this point I have restored the original server
image and I will rebuild the system in a future attempt. A former admin
had installed a few things that are likely the culprit.

Thanks,
Andrew Baxter

Andrew,

Quick question, when you say the page loads, does it
take you to the login page? If so, then this is
probably an issue with the Admin password specified in
the Remedy Admin Tool (Server information ->
Connection Settings) and the Admin password specified
in the Mid-Tier configuration tool (AR Server
Settings) being different. The password(s) specified
here have to be the same otherwise no matter what
credentials you specify on the login page it always
throws an error back saying invalid password.

Hope this helps.

Saby
