Hi, I am looking for an example of what a web service would return when submitting a ticket to the Help Desk form (ITSM 6). I am really only intereted in the first time with the request id in it. I found the following from some Remedy Web Service Docucmentation, but I want to verify so they can have an idea of what they will have to work with.
