This was a big deal for us. I have a qualification that populates a table (....... $GROUPS$ LIKE 'Assigned-to'........). Some of the 5.1.2 user clients did not see records in the table. They could see the records only after refreshing it about 10 times. Other 5.1.2 users could see the records just fine.
