Here is what I've been using in our test environment for over a year without problems:
Encrypt-Security-Policy: 0 Encrypt-Public-Key-Expire: 43200 Encrypt-Symmetric-Data-Key-Expire: 2700 Encrypt-Public-Key-Algorithm: 4 Encrypt-Data-Encryption-Algorithm: 1 This "allows" encryption but does not require it. This uses the Standard Security (free) with 56-bit encryption that comes built into the server API libraries in 6.0. It looks like you've configured it for the Performance Security ($$$ + Encryption install required) that supports 128-bit encryption. Change Encrypt-Data-Encryption-Algorithm to 1 and that should let you use the standard encryption. Whether or not you require or allow (Encrypt-Security-Policy) shouldn't make a difference on getting it to work at a basic level. I'll send you the doc offline to make sure you have it. It seems like I still had to learn a couple things by trial and error after getting the doc. But my settings work fine now.
