Ah, Berns! That is the absolute best steak house. And yes, they do
have the largest private wine collection in the world. Some of the
wines go back almost 200 years.
It's not cheap...expect to spend around $125 per person when it's all
done. But it's worth it. With your dessert I highly recommend the 1827
Quinta de Serrado - Bual . This is the best wine I have tasted - yet at
$60 for a half-ounce pour I'm not sure if I will have it again :)
Ludwig van Beethoven was alive when it was made (well, at least for part
of that year)
Attached is a picture I took of the actual bottle from last summer.
Rename to .zip to open..

As far as Tampa goes, I spent some time there years ago while my wife
was undergoing some medical treatments at Tampa General, anyways, for a
real hoot, check out Berns steak house
<http://www.bernssteakhouse.com/bs_frame.htm> . It's a local joint that
has been around since the 50's. Known for it's Steaks, wine list and
the Dessert room. The wine list is truly something to see. I've been
told that it's the world's largest. They keep the book (its about 4
inches thick if memory serves) chained to each table. It harkens back
to a dining experience of another time.
Check it out. The decor alone will leave you rolling!

Since Clearwater is right outside Tampa, I highly recommend you
go to
the original Columbia restaurant in Ybor City. The food is
fantastic,
and they do live floor shows there. This is the original
restaurant
opened in 1905. Lots of history.
The dish I recommend is La Completa Cubana. You won't regret
it.
If you're a roller coaster fan, Busch Gardens is also right
there in
Tampa and it features two of the best coasters in North America.

I will be attending the Admin Part 3 in Clearwater next
week.
Does anyone have any recommendations for dining and
entertainment? Or
any other helpful tidbits about the training center location.
