Do you have any hidden fields down there?  That can force the scroll bar
to show even if the field doesn't display.

I got a web page created in the mid tier and has a very long vertical
scroll bar.
I am looking for a way to minimize it so it will fit the current page.

Why did the scroll changed like that? i don't have any field displayed
there...
Looking at it using the admin tool - i see the same thing.
