Michiel I did create a manual entry to look over to get the proper fields last night. I was looking a the BMC:ComputerSystem form as AST:ComputerSystem form looks like it has some view fields from the BMC form.
Yes we are on ITSM 6 and CMDB 1.1 Thanks, Dan Caissie -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Michiel Beijen Sent: Friday, March 30, 2007 3:22 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: push external asset info into Remedy. Dan talked about AR System 6.3 and AST:ComputerSystem. I guess that will mean ITSM 6 and CMDB 1.1... in CMDB 1.x you should not populate the AST forms but rather the BMC:ComputerSystem forms and so on. Also, you'll have to fill the ClassID and DataSetID fields. You can check the values of these fields by first manually creating assets from ITSM. -- Met vriendelijke groet / Kind regards Michiel Beijen ______________________________________________________ MANSOLUTIONS Energieweg 60-62 3771 NA Barneveld The Netherlands Tel. +31-(0)612968592 Mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] Internet http://bsm.mansolutions.nl On 3/27/07, Antonio Maradiaga <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > ** > Dan, > > As Roger stated you need to determine where you want to push your main asset > information.
